Ingredients
- One large onions
- Ginger and garlic paste
- Two tablespoon tomato paste
- Curry powder
- Bouillon cube
- Blended fresh tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Habanero pepper
- One cup cold pressed coconut oil
- Curry leaves
- Cooking oil
- All purpose flour
- Crushed black pepper
- Six to eight pieces of grouper steaks

Preparation
- Season fish with salt, crushed black pepper, curry powder, and bouillon cube.
- Chop one large onions
- In a saucepan, heat cold pressed coconut oil and add curry leaves
- You can substitute the curry leaves with basil or bay leaves
- Fry on gentle heat and add chopped onions
- Season with some salt and crushed black pepper
- Fry on gentle heat until onions turn golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste
- Stir and fry for a minute
- Add tomato paste. Fry for about six minutes.
- Add curry powder
- Stir and add bouillon cube
- Add blended fresh tomatoes , stir, cover and cook for about 10mins on low heat
- Stir gently after 10mins and Cook for another 10 mins. Be stirring regularly to prevent stew from burning.
- Season the all purpose flour with some salt and crushed black pepper
- Coat the fish very lightly with seasoned flour.
- Heat cooking oil for about a minute
- Dust off excess flour from the fish then add them to the heated oil
- Fry until very crispy and golden brown .
- Remove the fish from the oil
- Now, check on the stew to see if the oil has settled on top of it.
- Stir and add some green chilli’s and fried fish gently
- Serve with rice and salad
