FRIED RICE RECIPE

- White pepper
- Green and white Scallions
- Salt to taste
- Jumbo shrimps
- Crushed black pepper
- Shrimp powder
- Bouillon cube
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce (dark and light)
- Sesame oil
- Minced garlic and ginger
- Serrano chili
- Fresno chili
- Carrots, Red Bell pepper, onion
- Green peas
- Long grain rice
- Cooking oil
- Turmeric

Preparation
- Cook rice and leave overnight in the fridge.
- Chop vegetables into suitable sizes
- Scramble about 8 eggs in a pan, season with salt and set aside
- Heat oil in the same pan, add chopped white part of the scallions.
- Followed by minced ginger. Fry and stir for a minute
- Add chopped Serrano and Fresno chili.
- Fry for a minute and add minced garlic
- Stir and add salt to taste
- Add oyster and toasted sesame oil .
- Stir and fetch it into a clean bowl and set aside.
- Now clean shrimps and season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread them out in a heated pan on fire and cook for two to three minutes
- Transfer them into a bowl and set aside.
- Add onions in the pan
- Season with dry smoked shrimp powder and fry
- Add carrots
- Stir and add chopped red Bell peppers
- Add peas
- Followed with the cooked rice.
- Stir and fry
- Add the stir fried sauce you set aside
- Stir very well until well mixed
- Add fried shrimps and stir
- Then add scrambled eggs and add green scallions.
- Stir for a minute and season with white pepper.
- Serve and enjoy with Salad
SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Avocado
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Leaf parsley
- Minced onion
- Vinegar
- Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dijon mustard
- Olive or cooking oil
- Black pepper, minced garlic
- Salmon steaks (thick)
Preparation
- Chop all vegetables
- In a clean plate, add a tsp of minced onion, garlic powder, crushed black pepper, and salt to taste.
- Followed by a tsp of Dijon mustard
- Add some cooking olive oil and honey
- Mix all together to form a perfect marinate.
- Clean and cut skinless salmon steaks into cute sizes and coat it with the marinate you set aside.
- Coat the baking pan with oil and place the marinated salmon steaks on it.
- Place it in the oven to cook
- Prepare the salad dressing by chopping the red onions
- Add some honey , Dijon mustard, and vinegar to the onions.
- Add oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir together and mix well, to form a perfect salad dressing.
- Now prep the vegetables by chopping the cucumbers to preferred sizes in a bowl
- Chop fresh tomatoes as well and add.
- Add Chopped lettuce and one whole chopped avocado
- Chop leaf parsley and add to the salad dressing you set aside
- Mix well and dress the salad with it.
- Mix gently with preferably two wooden spoons.
- Now transfer it onto a serving plate.
- Add grilled salmon onto the salad and add the rest of the salad dressing.
- Enjoy
