How to Prepare Delicious Fried Rice and Salad – Details:

FRIED RICE RECIPE

Ingredients

  1. Eggs
  2. White pepper
  3. Green and white Scallions
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Jumbo shrimps
  6. Crushed black pepper
  7.  Shrimp powder
  1. Bouillon cube
  2. Oyster sauce
  3. Soy sauce (dark and light)
  4. Sesame oil
  5. Minced garlic and ginger
  6. Serrano chili
  7. Fresno chili
  8. Carrots, Red Bell pepper, onion
  9. Green peas
  10. Long grain rice
  11. Cooking oil
  12. Turmeric

Preparation

  1. Cook rice and leave overnight in the fridge.
  2. Chop vegetables into suitable sizes
  3. Scramble about 8 eggs in a pan, season with salt and set aside
  4. Heat oil in the same pan, add chopped white part of the scallions.
  5. Followed by minced ginger. Fry and stir for a minute
  6. Add chopped Serrano and Fresno chili.
  7. Fry for a minute and add minced garlic
  8. Stir and add salt to taste
  9. Add oyster and toasted sesame oil .
  10. Stir and fetch it into a clean bowl and set aside.
  11. Now clean shrimps and season with salt and black pepper.
  12. Spread them out in a heated pan on fire and cook for two to three minutes
  13. Transfer them into a bowl and set aside.
  14. Add onions in the pan
  15. Season with dry smoked shrimp powder and fry
  1. Add carrots
  2. Stir and add chopped red Bell peppers
  3. Add peas
  4. Followed with the cooked rice.
  5. Stir and fry
  6. Add the stir fried sauce you set aside
  7. Stir very well until well mixed
  8. Add fried shrimps and stir
  9. Then add scrambled eggs and add green scallions.
  10. Stir for a minute and season with white pepper.
  11. Serve and enjoy with Salad

SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients

  1. Lettuce
  2. Avocado
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Cucumber
  5. Leaf parsley
  6. Minced onion
  7. Vinegar
  8. Honey
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Dijon mustard
  11. Olive or cooking oil
  12. Black pepper, minced garlic
  13. Salmon steaks (thick)

 

Preparation

  1. Chop all vegetables
  2. In a clean plate, add a tsp of minced onion, garlic powder, crushed black pepper, and salt to taste.
  3. Followed by a tsp of Dijon mustard
  4. Add some cooking olive oil and honey
  5. Mix all together to form a perfect marinate.
  6. Clean and cut skinless salmon steaks into cute sizes and coat it with the marinate you set aside.
  7. Coat the baking pan with oil and place the marinated salmon steaks on it.
  8. Place it in the oven to cook
  9. Prepare the salad dressing by chopping the red onions
  10. Add some honey , Dijon mustard, and vinegar to the onions.
  11. Add oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
  12. Stir together and mix well, to form a perfect salad dressing.
  13. Now prep the vegetables by chopping the cucumbers to preferred sizes in a bowl
  14. Chop fresh tomatoes as well and add.
  15. Add Chopped lettuce and one whole chopped avocado
  16. Chop leaf parsley and add to the salad dressing you set aside
  17. Mix well and dress the salad with it.
  18. Mix gently with preferably two wooden spoons.
  19. Now transfer it onto a serving plate.
  20. Add grilled salmon onto the salad and add the rest of the salad dressing.
  21. Enjoy
